The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is administered by the British Council, IDP, and Cambridge Assessment English. More specifically, the IELTS exam tests your ability to communicate in English across four key skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Although IELTS has a paper-based format, the digital format allows for faster, more efficient testing, with a focus on accommodating schedules of the test takers.

The IELTS computer exam may be available anytime, depending on local demand. IELTS results are on a 9-band scale. 1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest.
